• Our Account Executives collaborate with strategists, writers, designers and developers along with client-side teams and our internal staff.  It’s important to lead projects from concept through deployment – managing resources, timelines and communications to deliver on-time, on-budget and on-point.

Account Executives report directly to the Account Supervisor. As an Account Executive, you will own:

Client Relations & Communication

  • Operates as the point-person between TEEM and the client

  • Maintains healthy relationships with clients and communicates regularly on feedback, deliverables, satisfaction and changes

  • Manages communications for multiple clients at a time

  • Leads preparation for presentations and meetings

  • Takes meeting notes and distills them to identify action items and revisions to be made

About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and partner with our Account Team to create digital campaigns that engage and convert. As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own:

Campaign Strategy & Content Creation

  • Defines content strategy based on direction and insights from the Account Team and client

    1. Outlines content calendars, distribution cadence/channels, and works backwards to define due dates and a roadmap for content creation

    2. Partners with TEEM’s copywriters and designers to create articles, posts, infographics, imagery, video, ads and all assets necessary for planned digital campaigns

    3. Manages content release and performance through blog, social, email and other channels

    4. Ability to develop a customer journey across multiple channels with multiple touchpoints that all work cohesively together
